The hotel's location is fantastic, surrounded by many bars and restaurants. I liked it a lot. The staff members were genuinely friendly and very helpful. From the doorman to the bartenders, the service was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean. I really appreciated this level of care. The cocktails at the G and Tea bar were delicious, and the light bites were also yummy!!!
The water pressure in the shower was somewhat weak. I expected it to be stronger at this level.

The executive room included a king-size bed and access to the Executive Lounge. I enjoyed the extra space. The room had everything expected in a top-tier hotel, and everything looked perfect. I felt pampered. The view of the area was great at night.

The hotel adjoins the West India Quay DLR station. This made accessing the city so simple. The Executive Lounge was open 24 hours for soft drinks, coffee, and snacks. This was such a convenience. The Executive Lounge also provided high-quality food in the evenings.

Breakfast was served in the restaurant on the ground floor. I admired the beautiful view. The selection of food was diverse and delicious. I found many options. The Manhattan Grill served above-average food. It was quite satisfying.

the staff greeted me immediately at the concierge desk. they directed me to the tube and uber boat for easy access. the room featured a water view and proximity to attractions.
The mini-fridge space was adequate, but it was warm. I wasn't sure if it was working.

the hotel location was excellent with easy access to public transport. dlr and underground lines were a short walk away. i appreciated the seamless connectivity to various parts. staff went beyond expectations, accommodating an early check-in request.
the room needed slight attention as i found a minor stain on the couch. also the carpet had a stain next to the bedside cabinet.

the hotel location near the canal was quite GOOD. I appreciated how easy it was to walk to the dlr and the tube. i found several restaurants close to the hotel and underground shopping malls. the new elizabeth line made trips to central areas quick.
the reception seemed chaotic, and it gave a poor first IMPRESSION. extra training for some staff would be beneficial.
