the staff greeted me immediately at the concierge desk. they directed me to the tube and uber boat for easy access. the room featured a water view and proximity to attractions.
The mini-fridge space was adequate, but it was warm. I wasn't sure if it was working.

the hotel location was excellent with easy access to public transport. dlr and underground lines were a short walk away. i appreciated the seamless connectivity to various parts. staff went beyond expectations, accommodating an early check-in request.
the room needed slight attention as i found a minor stain on the couch. also the carpet had a stain next to the bedside cabinet.

the hotel location near the canal was quite GOOD. I appreciated how easy it was to walk to the dlr and the tube. i found several restaurants close to the hotel and underground shopping malls. the new elizabeth line made trips to central areas quick.
the reception seemed chaotic, and it gave a poor first IMPRESSION. extra training for some staff would be beneficial.

i saw the breakfast offering included standard machines for tea and coffee INSTEAD of individual pots. chefs were managing some inexperienced waiters during dinner. food quality was adequate, THOUGH.
